1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trokyn ("the Service"), operated by Ansenor LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trokyn is a personal cashflow forecasting tool that helps users visualize and plan their finances by modeling recurring bills, income, and one-off transactions to produce day-by-day running balance forecasts. The Service is provided for informational and personal planning purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password, or by signing in through Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of personal financial planning. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful code or malware
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without permission

5. Financial Disclaimer

Trokyn is not a financial advisor, bank, or financial institution. The forecasts, projections, and calculations provided by the Service are estimates based on the data you enter. They are not guarantees of future financial outcomes. You should not rely solely on Trokyn for financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial professional for financial advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-entered data), is the property of Ansenor LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.

7. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings page. When you delete your account, all of your data—including accounts, recurring items, transactions, overrides, and settings—will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansenor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the forecasts or calculations
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any financial decisions made based on the Service's output

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
