  • Password (stored securely using one-way hashing)

2.2 Google OAuth Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive from Google:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Profile photo URL
  • Google account identifier

We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, Drive, or any other Google services beyond basic profile information.

2.3 Financial Data You Enter

To provide the cashflow forecasting service, we store the financial data you voluntarily enter, including:

  • Account names and balances
  • Recurring items (bills, income) with their amounts and schedules
  • One-off transactions (deposits, withdrawals)
  • Period overrides and confirmations

We do not connect to your bank accounts or access any real financial institution data. All financial data in Trokyn is manually entered by you.

2.4 Usage & Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics (tag ID: G-NEZ5NNL9S6) to collect anonymous usage data, including:

  • Pages visited and features used
  • Browser type and device information
  • General geographic location (country/region)
  • Referral sources

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the cashflow forecasting service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the profile settings:

  • All your personal information is permanently deleted
  • All your financial data (accounts, recurring items, transactions, overrides) is permanently deleted
  • All your settings and preferences are permanently deleted

This deletion is irreversible. Anonymized analytics data collected by Google Analytics is not affected by account deletion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: View all personal and financial data stored in your account
  • Correction: Update or correct your information at any time through the Service
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
  • Data portability: Your data is accessible through the Service interface

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
